JOB OPPORTUNITY
A public sector organization based at Islamabad invites applications from energetic, challenge loving and result oriented persons capable of handling multiple tasks and wishing to work in a dynamic organization for the position Joint Director (Law) on merit basis.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS :
Professional degree in law i.e. LLB or equivalent from an HEC recognized educational institution,
however preference may be given to the candidate possessing LLM degree or Bar-at-Law or PhD in Law.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in law practice and/or working as in-house counsel or legal
consultant is required. The applicants having experience in the following areas may be preferred
subject to other suitable requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in opinion writing, and corporate, commercial, taxation and
insurance issues
• Demonstrated understanding of dispute resolution mechanism
• Exposure to commercial, financing, construction and concession agreements, and associated
documents
• Exposure to Regulatory laws and issues of the Energy/Power industry
• Ability in handling local international complex commercial litigation and arbitrations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills to use MS Excel will be given due weightage.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
a) Age limit is 40 years

قابلیت/تجربہ/مہارت:
قانون میں پیشہ ورانہ ڈگری یعنی ایل ایل بی یا ایچ ای سی کے تسلیم شدہ تعلیمی ادارے سے اس کے مساوی،
تاہم ایل ایل ایم ڈگری یا بار ایٹ لاء یا قانون میں پی ایچ ڈی رکھنے والے امیدوار کو ترجیح دی جا سکتی ہے۔
• قانون کی مشق اور/یا اندرون خانہ وکیل یا قانونی کے طور پر کام کرنے کا کم از کم 8 سال کا تجربہ
کنسلٹنٹ کی ضرورت ہے. درج ذیل شعبوں میں تجربہ رکھنے والے درخواست دہندگان کو ترجیح دی جا سکتی ہے۔
