Subject: RECRUITMENT IN PAKISTAN RANGERS (PUNJAB).
- The undersigned addresses O.M No.
F.4/4/2019-R (Punjab) dated 4th November, 2022 on the subject mentioned above and declare that obtaining prior NOC from this Division is mandatory before carrying out the prescribed type of recruitment. In addition, the requisite staff with appropriate qualifications, experience and grade are not available in the surplus pool to absorb them into the reported vacancies. The Ministry of the Interior can thus fill 776 vacant positions of various cadres, i.e. 2x
Naib Khateeb (BPS-11),
674x Sepoy (General Duty) (BPS-05),
25x Sepoy Cook (BPS-05)
and 75x registered non-combatants (S/worker, plumber, carpenter and painters (Veh), etc.
(BPS-01) in HQs Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) under the administrative control of this Ministry as mentioned in the said OM in accordance with the approved recruitment rules of the posts subject to compliance with all codal formalities and in accordance with the guidelines of this Division’s Recruitment Policy dated 22/10/2014, as amended from time to time, and the mechanism of 16/01/2015, as amended from time to time.
Islamabad, November 7, 2022. - This NOC is valid for a period of six (06) months from its issuance.
However, as per Para 1-(xiii) of the Recruitment Policy Guidelines dated
22-10-2014, as amended, recruitment must be completed within 120 days from the date of advertisement. - Advertisement to be published for recruitment may be forwarded by the company
of the relevant ministry/division directly press information department, information and
Broadcasting Division. However, the authority authorized to appoint the person concerned
The Ministry/Department/Department/Organisation shall ensure that all procedures are completed
and code requirements in letter and spirit in accordance with recruitment policy
conducting the recruitment and will be responsible for any illegality.
