1. The meeting will be started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The chairman welcomed the meeting participants. The Chairman highlighted various issues and
he led the focal persons to face the challenges of dengue with great zeal.
2. The Director (Monitoring), informed about the agenda and stated that due to the favorable and favorable weather conditions, the situation requires active surveillance and a proactive approach to reduce the expected disease burden. Effective dengue prevention and control could not be possible without an integrated and coordinated effort by all stakeholders through a multidisciplinary and multisectoral approach. He further emphasized to the participants to ensure that dengue standard operating procedures are followed. The PITB representative also informed the participants and answered the questions asked by the contact persons.
