Detailed Eligibility & Experience Requirements

1. Sector Specialist (Power) – PPS-10

• M.A/M.Sc (16 years) or equivalent
• Specialization in Power sector
• At least 3 years post-qualification experience in public/private sector
• Excellent analytical, report writing & presentation skills

1. Sector Specialist (Mines & Minerals) – PPS-10

• M.A/M.Sc (16 years) in relevant field
• At least 3 years experience in Mines & Minerals
• Strong analytical and communication skills

1. Manager (Admin & Finance) – PPS-10

• MBA / M.Sc / MA (16 years)
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience (2 years in leadership role preferred)

4–7. PPS-07 Positions (Research Associates & Assistant Managers)

• 16 years education in relevant discipline
• 2–5 years targeted experience in the specified sector/country desk
• Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, and communication

8–9. PPS-05 Positions (IT Support & Office Assistant)

• 14–16 years education in relevant field
• 3 years practical experience

1. Driver – PPS-02
   • Primary pass + valid LTV license
   • Minimum 3 years driving experience
   • Good knowledge of traffic rules and vehicle maintenance
