پنجاب ایجوکیشن، کریکولم، ٹریننگ اینڈ اسیسمنٹ اتھارٹی (PECTAA) نے 2026 میں گریڈ 8 کے سالانہ امتحانات کو شفاف، منصفانہ اور جدید طرز پر منعقد کرنے کے لیے جامع رہنما اصول جاری کیے ہیں۔ یہ امتحانات تقریباً دس لاکھ طلبہ کے لیے صوبہ بھر میں منعقد ہوں گے، جن میں سے امتحانات 9 مارچ 2026 سے شروع ہو کر مارچ کے آخر تک جاری رہیں گے، جبکہ نتائج کا اعلان 9 اپریل 2026 کو متوقع ہے۔

• ضروری سامان: رول نمبر سلپ، قلم، پنسل، گیومیٹری باکس (اگر ضروری ہو) اور دیگر اجازت یافتہ اشیاء ساتھ لے جائیں۔ موبائل فون، سمارٹ واچ یا کوئی بھی الیکٹرانک ڈیوائس لے جانا سختی سے منع ہے۔

2. امتحان کے دوران (شفافیت اور انضباط)

• امتحانی ہال کی ترتیب: امتحانات U-Shape یا مناسب فاصلے پر بیٹھ کر لیے جائیں گے تاکہ نقل کی کوئی گنجائش نہ رہے۔ ہر طالب علم کو مختلف پرچہ (unique paper) ملے گا جو آئٹم بینک سے ڈیجیٹل طور پر تیار کیا جاتا ہے۔
• پہچان اور چیکنگ: طلبہ کو رول نمبر سلپ دکھا کر داخل ہونا ہوگا۔ امتحان کے دوران پیغام رسانی یا بات چیت بالکل منع ہے۔ اگر کوئی مسئلہ ہو تو فوراً سپرویژن یا انویجلیٹر کو آگاہ کریں۔
• وقت کا خیال: 3 گھنٹے کا پرچہ ہوتا ہے۔ وقت ختم ہونے سے پہلے جوابات مکمل کریں اور کاپی جمع کروائیں۔ E-Answer Sheet استعمال ہوگی جس پر QR کوڈ ہوگا تاکہ شناخت چھپی رہے۔
• ممنوعہ اشیاء: کسی بھی قسم کی نقل، چھوٹے نوٹس، یا غیر اجازت شدہ مواد ساتھ لانا سنگین جرم ہے اور نتیجہ منسوخ ہو سکتا ہے۔

3. امتحان کے بعد (نتیجہ اور فیڈبیک)

• جوابات کی جانچ: تمام کاپیاں مرکزی آن لائن ای-مارکنگ سسٹم کے ذریعے چیک کی جائیں گی۔ AI کی مدد سے تصدیق ہوگی اور مکمل گمنامی برقرار رہے گی۔
• نتائج کا انتظار: نتائج 9 اپریل 2026 کو متوقع ہیں۔ طلبہ اپنے سکول یا PECTAA کی آفیشل ویب سائٹ سے چیک کر سکیں گے۔
• والدین/اساتذہ کے لیے مشورہ: طلبہ کو حوصلہ افزائی کریں، مثبت رویہ رکھیں اور اچھے نتائج پر تعریف کریں۔ اگر کوئی شکایت ہو تو مناسب فورم کے ذریعے رابطہ کریں۔
