| Head of Human Resources (HR) | 12+ years in HR leadership | Master’s in HR or related, aviation workforce planning experience | Preferably below 55 |
| Company Secretary | 5–7 years relevant experience | Member of ICAP/ICMAP/LLB, strong knowledge of SECP & corporate governance | Preferably below 55 |
